Welcome to PetHotels.io. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, services, features, and platform operated by ZAMZILLA LLC d/b/a PetHotels.io (“PetHotels.io,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using PetHotels.io, creating an account, or listing or booking any services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the platform.

1. Overview of Platform Services

PetHotels.io provides an online marketplace and directory connecting pet owners (“Pet Parents”) with third-party pet care service providers (“Service Providers”), including pet hotels, boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet groomers (collectively, “Pet Care Services”).

PetHotels.io is a venue and facilitator only. We do not own, operate, manage, control, or employ third-party Service Providers, nor do we provide direct veterinary care, pet boarding, sitting, walking, or grooming services. PetHotels.io is not a party to any contract or agreement entered into directly between Pet Parents and Service Providers.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account or use our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at le***@*******ls.io of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile, payment methods, and contact details updated.

3. Platform Rules & Code of Conduct

When using PetHotels.io, you agree that you will not:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations, including animal welfare and licensing laws.
  • Provide false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, abusive, harassing, or infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from PetHotels.io without our prior written consent.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform.
  • Solicit or contract with users met through the platform off-site to deliberately bypass platform service fees or commission structures.

4. Service Provider Terms & Responsibilities

If you list or offer Pet Care Services on PetHotels.io, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Independent Contractor Status: You are an independent third-party provider and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of ZAMZILLA LLC d/b/a PetHotels.io.
  • Licensing & Compliance: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary permits, business licenses, insurance policies, certifications, and approvals required by local, state, and federal laws to operate your business.
  • Accurate Listings: You are solely responsible for the content, pricing, availability, cancellation policies, and details posted in your listing.
  • Standard of Care: You agree to provide services in a safe, professional, and humane manner in full compliance with animal safety guidelines and applicable animal cruelty laws.

5. Pet Parent Terms & Pet Health Declarations

If you book or schedule Pet Care Services through PetHotels.io:

  • Pet Health & Vaccinations: You represent and warrant that your pet is in suitable health, properly vaccinated in accordance with local regulations, and free from contagious conditions or dangerous behavior, unless explicitly communicated to and accepted by the Service Provider.
  • Emergency Medical Care: You authorize the Service Provider and PetHotels.io (in emergencies) to seek medical treatment for your pet from a licensed veterinarian if your pet becomes ill, injured, or requires urgent medical attention during the service period. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all incurred veterinary expenses.
  • Accurate Disclosures: You agree to fully disclose any known behavioral issues, aggression, anxiety, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions regarding your pet prior to booking.

6. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

  • Fees: Pet Parents agree to pay all applicable fees, including service costs, taxes, and platform service fees, associated with bookings made through PetHotels.io.
  • Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are set by individual Service Providers or outlined during the checkout process. PetHotels.io is not responsible for issuing refunds outside the scope of published cancellation policies or verified platform errors.

7. Medical & Veterinary Disclaimer

NO VETERINARY OR MEDICAL ADVICE: Content provided on PetHotels.io—including listings, articles, reviews, ratings, and communication tools—is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified licensed veterinarian for questions regarding pet health conditions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, software, text, images, and brand materials on PetHotels.io are the exclusive property of ZAMZILLA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PetHotels.io for personal or legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAMZILLA LLC D/B/A PETHOTELS.IO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, PET INJURY, PET ILLNESS, PET ESCAPE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  • OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PETHOTELS.IO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZAMZILLA LLC d/b/a PetHotels.io, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws;
  2. Your user content or listing information;
  3. Your interaction with any Service Provider or Pet Parent;
  4. Any injury, illness, damage, or loss caused by your pet or arising from services you provided or received.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PetHotels.io shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

YOU AND ZAMZILLA LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms or sending email notification where appropriate. Continued use of PetHotels.io after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
